playing with sister

oh, these are just too funny to not do commentary. these girls playing together are just hilarious. if O's life didn't get turned upside down when E was born, it for sure is now! E is all up in her business and it's been hilarious to watch!!

on this afternoon, O was having a bang-up time with tinkerbell.
talking and singing. not a care in the world.

until this one scooted up. obviously bothered by the singing.

"she won't let me play, mom." (p.s. this jaw-clinched, square-face look is my FAVE!!!)

"maybe if i just lay here she'll notice me."

"emma, i see you. now go away. and stop trying to lick tinkerbell's hair."

"that's cool. i'll just check out this book."

"oooh, it's yummy."

"damn. she's having more fun."

"at least my mommy will pay attention to me."

and, she gives up. such a precious face of defeat!

"E, do you know the muffin man?"

"yeah, his name is mommy, silly. now, why don't you go away?"

so she does. and kills 'buggies'.

um, yes. i'll have one emma with a side of emma!

i could tell it was about time to wrap this up. O was spilling bubbles everywhere and E was about to violate my cell phone.

i wish you could see them in real life. i can just see the future unfolding. love. hate. love. if it only ends in love, i'm a happy momma!
