whataburger

ok, this might be my most random post ever. but, it's a memory for us so i wanted to document it. this location used to house a very large car dealership. last summer is was demolished and construction for a new building started. we drive by this location at least once a day. in the mornings O would say "momma, where'd it go?", then it became "momma, what's that?" and once we learned that it would be a whataburger, we would both have to say "whataburger". and not like they say it on the commercial but how my girlfriends and i would say in back in the 90's. with a growly, bobcat goldthwait voice. "whata-buuuuurger" O was so excited to go to the place she's been watching for so long. she was loving her sprite.

yes, we were number 26. of about 260. not really, but it was packed.

she wouldn't touch her burger and said "i can like that". (in O speak, can means don't. gets confusing.)

i was really nervous about having both girls on the same side of the table but O insisted. such a little momma!

the burgers may not have been a hit but the fries were. i can attest, they were good!

someday, ems. someday.

O and daddy tossed a balloon around.

E got bored...

this is my favorite one from the outing. we might not be back anytime soon (it wasn't all that) but we still say 'whata-buuuuurger' every time we pass by!
