halloween party #3

well, this photo says it all. when we got to our third party of the day, O didn't know what to do with herself. especially considering there were frito chili pies, face painting, candy, three bounce houses, a mini petting zoo and pony rides. needless to say, we did it ALL with the exception of face painting!!

first stop? "toddler town" for lots of jumping and sliding with kiddos O's age.

pure. excitement.

her little skittle skirt blends in with all of those balls. pretty sure she wanted to take some home...

i didn't get a pic of O in the big bounce house but i did get a pic of her checking out the baby kangaroo.

then, to my surprise, she wanted IN the fence to actually pet the kangaroo. and she did!

poor E. she was very overstimulated and probably a little cold. she didn't love the fall festival like the rest of us. next year, sweetheart, you'll love it. next year.

then, this happened.

shock and awe, people. i never dreamed she'd actually get on the horse. S said she was a true natural and never got nervous.

this girl loves ponies!!! i'm sure her papa mitch is loving this and can't wait to take her on a pony ride soon!

we really did have so much fun! next year, we will need an extra set of hands. we could have used them this year. it was just too much trying to chase O and drive E around in the stroller. that's why i didn't get too many pictures. and, we had to leave a bit earlier than we'd hoped because E needed her bed. well, we all did actually. it was a long but super-three-party-fun day!!
