ugh, if you're a grandparent, you might not want to look. E was one pit-i-ful little girl. they called me from school and i've never seen her so lethargic. it was very bittersweet because all she wanted to do was snuggle and i secretly wanted her to be sick for a week.
her sweet little eyes say it all.
she started feeling better the next afternoon and started pulling all of her books off the shelf.
and i let her.
because it made her happy.
and, for the grandparents, here is a pic from that same morning. i did get a few smiles so i know she wasn't too sick to be a little bit happy!
