O's real birthday was a super-fun day all around for several reasons. not only was it her birthday but this particular friday was also earth day AND good friday - pretty special if you ask me!!!
O started her day off with three of her favorite triple-berry muffins!
and she wanted to sit at her table.
so darn proud to officially say she's 'free'! (three!)
she's been singing 'happy birthday' to herself for weeks and i don't really see the end in sight!
we got her a cupcake from cookies and cards here in town. if you haven't had one, it's a must!! i'm pretty sure ms. nancy puts illegal drugs in these!!!!

she told me she was writing "happy birthday to o-libya" in the corner!
the three of us girlies went to her favorite place for lunch - "chick-a-lay"!! i will say that she had a blast until it was time to go. then, i took her out kicking and screaming saying "don't hurt me" "don't take me" "aaaa". it was special.
aunt bunnie came over and brought O her very own personalized dress up chest!! sweet bunnie has been working on this for weeks and it looks so good!!! after this quick pic, we were off to see RIO! it's a cute movie about birds in, well, rio! O loved every minute and now goes around the house singing 'riiiio, riiiio' a song from the movie!
then daddy met us for snow cones!
then it was time for more presents!! unfortunately, my camera died so we only got a few pics with S's phone. this one was the best and it's hilarious!!! she's not excited at all.
got the camera juiced up and got a few pics with E and then it was off to bed for her!
then it was her time to shine and she loooooved all the attention. again!

and with that, O chose her favorite tie-dyed t-shirt from aunt bunnie and her new charlie & lola book about recycling.
i mean, it IS earth day.
i had the best day celebrating my sweet bug on her real birthday. we had so much fun i don't think she ate dinner that night...well, she did have a cupcake! happy birthday olivia elizabeth roberts! we love you!!!
