yes, friends, Live Laugh Love's Favorite Things are here!!!!! if this is your first time, i'm part of an amazing group of eight women who gather monthly for a hilariously good time. it was decided about 5 years ago that if we couldn't be on oprah's favorite things, then we do the next best thing. so, what do we do?? we bring 7 of our personal favorite things so give to our lovely ladies! it's seriously the best. thing. ever.
we squeal. we laugh. we cry, bitch, cry.

here is sweet becky. i have the funniest story to tell you about her but i've been sworn to secrecy. anywho, bec brings so much joy into our hearts and homes every year. last year it was the coolest-magnetic-board i've ever seen.
this year, it was the cutest rug i've ever seen!!!!! mine has holly leaves on it and it's a-dorable. thank you, becky!!
kristen is very excited to share her gift. god love her, she wanted to make us scarves. make! for seven women!! you're the best, kp!
she did make us all personalized notecards with her i-don't-understand-it melting mini blow dryer heating tool thing. she's so friggin' crafty! the other cards have our initial, a hot air balloon, a bicycle, and four other adorable designs.
these are the crazy-cool cowl scarves she settled on. sunny is modeling. they're from forever21 and i've worn mine about 5 of the last 7 days. thanks, kristen!!
dr. black (yes, we have an m.d. in our group!) is presenting her probably-went-over-the-limit, but awesomely wonderful, gift. bamboo cutting boards and super-cool knifes! wozwers! thanks, ally!
we have another crafty one in our group. sweet lori found a template on pinterest for some frenchy-inspired pillows that she wanted to make for us. MAKE! she has a sweet little one who took her free time (like she has any to spare!) but she ended up finding great devotionals. it's a beautiful book and she even had our names embossed on the front. what a sweet gift, lori, and something that i personally should use more often. thank you!
i can't remember when my camera died so i think i missed getting a pic of jill presenting her silver and gold. well, no gold but lots of silver! this tree platter is gorg and the matching napkin holder is the best and we can use it all year! thank you, jill!
next up, funny wenger! yes, i said 'funny'. she might be the funniest person i've ever met. she's a walking billboard too. if there is a product out there and she loves it, the world knows about it! she gave us these 'twisty turbin' things for wet hair. awesome!! she also gave us some joico hair products - can i get a what-what?!? thanks, sunny!
sweet nan. our host of the evening. she ordered these a-mazing products from one of her favorite places in maine. only all natural products from this girl. facial cleanser and some salve that'll knock your socks off. holy cow!!! she ordered them some time ago and then proceeded to plan our perfect favorite things party. we were to arrive at 730pm. her gifts arrived at 710pm. talk about a christmas miracle!!! i love these products, nan! thank you!!
oh, since i'm obsessed with getting the junk out of my life and i'm obsessed with organizing the junk that i can't seem to get rid of, i gave shoe boxes and over the door shoe organizers that can be used for ANYTHING - ribbon, crafting, gloves/scarves/hats, and really anything you want! i also gave them ped eggs since i love them! i hope that my lovely ladies are inspired to organize and de-clutter like me!
the food this evening was exquisitely wonderful and yummy as always. the salad was the coolest and i have been thinking about it a lot lately. wow!! the rocky road cake in the crockpot??? are you kidding me?!?! holy wow! everything was seriously yummers and the company was, well, my cup was completely full. thank you, nanette, and all of my LLL ladies! i love you!

Please tell Becky Hi for me! Our families go way way way back and her sweet mom was my Chi O advisor and her father was one of my profs in college as well! Love love love that family.
