daylight

we realized that we had never taken O for donuts. she's had only a few in her day but we've never actually taken her to the donut shop. we loaded up saturday morning and went for an adventure at daylight donuts. oh, and what an adventure it was!!

look at our sweet girl trying to decide on her sweet treat. it was hard for me to decide so i'm sure it was hard for a two year old!and as dora would say "oh, wait! i hear something!" we turned to find a trio of little old folks singing with guitars. NO KIDDING!! we about died laughing!

here they are! singing old western songs and old hymns! it was great!

O decided on the donut that looks like her current crush - abby cadabby on sesame street! pink cake donut with pink and purple sprinkles!

it took her awhile to get to the actual donut because she was too focused on eating every single little sprinkle first!

stopping to listen to the trio sing a hank williams, jr. song. i didn't know it but S did.

since E will be here in just a few short days, we're doing lots of lovin' on O!! S didn't even play golf this weekend. we're just hanging out at the house, snuggling and wrestling and being silly! we know that our lives are getting ready to change forever and we want to soak up all the time with her that we can!
