pearly whites

i took MO to her first dentist appointment last week and she was SUPER! as we all know, toddlers can either humiliate or surprise you and in this case, she surprised me big time. we talked about where we going the whole way there. we smiled really big, we said "cheese", we roared like lions, the whole bit to get her to open wide and super-pumped to see "doctor bluuuuuum".
here is MO demonstrating to the hygienist, misty, how she brusha-brusha-brushes. she actually let misty brush her teeth and take pics. she was perfect!

here is MO licking the purple polish that they use on big people. misty said it was fine. she didn't get down to the fluoride part!

misty is giving MO her very own dora toothbrush and blue toothpaste. i love this lady. she loves to drink beer, like me. we get along great!

i love beer and MO loves water from the water dispenser thing!! she kept going back to 'i take a drink'!

i just knew this would be a disaster. it was the complete opposite. she was a dream and she charmed everyone in the office. she got a A+ report card on her teeth - no plaque, no black spots, etc. we were so thrilled because brushing isn't always her favorite thing to do. way to go, sweet girl!! we're so proud of you!!!
