this is O's first day in the fantastic fours!! she (we) adore this class and the teachers and friends that go with it! O is still having trouble understanding why she's in the 4's class when she's still 3 but we're working on it.
she's not always up for smiling, especially in the mornings but i did get a few cute and sassy ones!
there are a lot of things i know i'm going to like about the class. the classroom itself sooo cool! there are different stations all over the room with 'rain drops' falling from the sky, a solar system, tons of dress-up stuff, shopping carts for major grocery trips and so much more!
the fantastic fours eat in the cafeteria for breakfast and lunch. such big kids!
they sit in the hallway and say a prayer and if you sit still enough beforehand, you get to be the prayer leader. O has yet to do this that i know of but there are 24 kids in her class so her day is coming!
she does know her prayer by heart and i love to hear her singing it. "god our father. god our father. once again. once again. thank you for our blessings. thank you for our blessings. amen. amen."
she really wanted to take this card of clippies but i told her it wasn't show-n-tell day. it really wasn't so i didn't fib!
um, hello mini sean roberts!!!
i can just tell that she feels so much bigger. i know it happens with every move-up but this one is different. it's probably because she is just acting older every second of the day. she's definitely not a baby anymore!
E was excited about O's move up too! well, she was in the inside!
yay for our fantastic four!!
you talk about your friends all the time, especially your 'brown' friend aaron. i had a friend named 'brown ben' when i was little so it's funny that you say the same thing!
ms. leesa is very-much into manners which i adore! if either of us accidentally say 'yeah' you are very quick to correct us! you say 'may i' and 'please' and 'thank you' (most of the time) and if something happens that's not so great you say 'that's not really good'. funny!
you still aren't napping but we've been talking about the importance of 'resting'. you've even had the chance to hear about this from the director. in the director's office. i won't let you forget these fun times in your life!!
we love you, bug, and we're so proud of you!
"fantastic fours, line up!"
