every year, the girls' school has a fall festival. there is so much to do with bounce houses, face painting, a cake walk, pony rides, the tumbleville bus, tons of yummy food and the list goes on. this year, O and i went on a date before a birthday party so we had to get in and get out.
our first (and pretty much only) stop was the tumble bus. O adores ms morgan and thank goodness she was in the bus helping out.
how cool is this bus, by the way? they've hollowed it out and now they travel around to the different schools once a week.
O would not get off the rings…i think it was because everyone was laughing at her and she was loving the attention. as if she gets none of that at home.
on the bar, hangin' on tight!
we saw ms traci but O was really interested in the cake walk. we walked around that darn circle for 20 minutes. no cake.
aaaaaa, here is one of the stars at st. joe's. dads, if you ever have to drop off your child and you don't know what to do with hair, find ms. yukiko! she's got mad hair skills and can do literally anything. in about 2 minutes.
i took pics of this crazy-funky braid for memories only. NOT for a tutorial.
i won't ever be able to do this one.
a braid that starts on one side, then swoops around and ends up on the other side? are you kidding me?
yukiko, or "kiko", is the only person O will sit still for.
thanks, kiko, for such an awesome braid!! we were heading to a birthday party so O looked extra special! we love you!! and, thanks to everyone who helped with the fall festival this year! although we didn't do any of the other that were available to us, we still had a great time!
